180° Rotation Direct Lift Drum Dumper This unit accepts drums of non-free flowing materials and discharges the contents at 105 in. above floor level. The dumper features an exclusive Lift & Seal System for dust-tight operation, a patented Control-Link Rotation System for 180º dump carriage rotation, and

304 stainless steel product contact surfaces. Pour cone includes a motorized material agitator, vibrator, and fluidizing pads to ensure maximum product discharge. The hydraulic system is designed for continuous-duty operation and reduced equipment cycle times. The unit is available with discharge heights up to 40 ft, rotation to 180º, for any size drum or container. Units are custom designed to application requirements.

Hygienic Butterfly Valves

Kemutec has added Valve Engineering hygienic butterfly valves to its line of Mucon valves. This range of stainless steel valves are available for powder isolation and flow control applications most commonly used for powder handling. The valves are used exclusively in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, and include compact butterfly valves, Superclean butterfly valves, and Flowmaster dosing valves. The Mucon powder valve range includes the iris diaphragm valve, disc valve, slide valve, and VM heavy-duty butterfly valve.
