OS100E miniature infrared transmitters measure a temperature range of 0 to 1000°F. All
models have a remotely mounted infrared sensor head connected to a microprocessor-based
signal conditioner. The miniature sensor head measures temperature in confined, hard-to-reach places and harsh environments. It is connected to the main electronics housing via
a 6-ft shielded cable. The signal conditioner’s main electronics is mounted in a rugged
NEMA 4 (IP65)–rated die-cast aluminum housing. An LED display is switchable between Fahrenheit and centigrade scales.

Every piece of equipment that bears the NBE name is the
product of Forward Thinking and designed to deliver Real
Results. Our Forward Thinking methodology is rooted in
the belief that the equipment used to store, discharge, move,
mix, weigh or fill the material into and out of the heart of
your operation should be regarded as integral steps in your
process and not just independent pieces of material handling
equipment. After all, your entire production facility is at the
mercy of the performance and reliability of this equipment.

One Size Mill Fits All?
Raymond Doesn’t Think So.
No one mill is right for every job! We believe
that different drying, fineness and classification requirements are best met by different
types and sizes of equipment and systems.
That’s why Raymond offers a complete line of
roller, bowl, and impact mills that can address
the requirements of your specific processing
application.
Raymond® Bowl Mills — for grinding, drying,
and classifying coal and petroleum coke.
Raymond® Roller Mills — rugged, dependable, pendulum type mill for fine/medium-fine
grinding of a wide variety of non-metallic minerals and chemicals.
Raymond® Imp™ Mills — high-speed, air-swept swing-hammer impact mill for
fine/medium-fine grinding of soft non-metallic
minerals, compounds, foods and materials.

Capacitive-Level Transmitter
State-of-the-art sensing technology
in the CRF2, using impulse RF admittance measurement, provides
accurate level measurement and
stability. The unit senses capacitance changes resulting from the
height of the material in the tank
between the probe and the tank
wall. With no moving parts, this
capacitive technology does not
jam; there is no wear, nothing
to break, and no maintenance.
It comes with either a rigid or
flexible probe, depending on the
application installation and probe
length required. Features include
easy push-button calibration of
zero and span. The probe can be
custom ordered to any length.
The FEP-covered probe is ideal
for use with corrosive media.
